Crafted with Coastal Passion in Mirissa
For years, plant-based food lovers and home cooks in Sri Lanka faced the same disappointment: supermarket soy milks imported in long-life cartons were watery, loaded with synthetic thickeners, and lacked real body and fresh taste.
We started SoyStory in Mirissa with a simple mission: craft a fresh, pasteurised soy milk that honours the soybean. We use top-grade non-GMO soybeans, pure cold filtered water, and traditional simmering techniques to extract rich, velvety soy solids.
"We wanted a plant milk so pure, rich, and thick that you could drink it cold, whip it into mayonnaise, pour it on oats & cereal, or froth it into coffee with equal delight."
Each pouch is batch-pasteurised, sealed with a precision screw cap, and delivered cold to homes, cafes, and restaurants across Colombo, the suburbs, and the south of Sri Lanka.
